Food hygiene training your whole team can actually finish.
Short lessons, a quiz to check it's landed, and a certificate filed automatically — assigned by role and tracked to completion. Part of every Food Safety Centre plan.
How the training works
Three parts, so nothing gets skipped and nothing gets lost.
Course lessons
Short, focused reads covering exactly what each role needs to know — no padding, no filler.

The same flow for every member of staff, every time.
-
Assigned by role
Each team member gets the courses that match what they do.
-
Complete short lessons
A few minutes at a time, fits around a shift.
-
Pass the quiz
Confirms the training actually went in.
-
Certificate filed automatically
No chasing paperwork — it's there when you need it.
Training isn't optional
Under the Food Safety Act 1990, food handlers must be supervised, instructed and trained to a level appropriate to their work. Environmental Health Officers routinely ask to see evidence of it — The Academy keeps that evidence current without you having to chase it.
